A great 1-2 punch of reforms.... Thanks for flagging them. FairVote.org does work on these issues, as does National Popular Vote (nationalpopularvote.com)
As you know, I fully support "true democracy" in the US. I am not sure we ever really had it. It's time we did. I would support the abolition of the Electoral College ---for a start. A nationwide popular vote, possibly a "Borda count" similar to the preference system used to select the top NCAA coaches would be a much more scientific method that anything used now. I am not a mathematician, but I am told that there are even better systems than a "borda count".
